Ted Ferry has been married since 1990 and has four children and a few grand-kids. Ted was born in Salem, OR and raised in Turner, OR, graduated from Cascade High School and Portland State University where he received a football scholarship. While he has received many community awards, he appreciates the "Spirit of Salem" Chamber Award and the "Make A Difference" Salem-Keizer Schools Award for community involvement as a great compliment to his family. He is involved in local Church, Schools and Youth Clubs, a Youth Coach (football and basketball), a Youth Mentor, and High School Leadership Programs with Salem Public Schools. He is also a serves on the Board of Directors of Salem Chamber of Commerce and is President Elect for 2025.
